Nothing makes Champagne pop more than the salty, buttery flavour of caviar pearls melting in your mouth. So what better way to celebrate this match made in heaven, than indulging in a sublime tasting experience, complete with caviar pop-up?
Sit back with generous 4x 50ml glasses of premium rosé and shimmering Champagne (2 of each), with a fine selection of caviar and blinis to sample — presented by local foodie Debbie Oliver of Lady Truffle Fine Foods.
Tickets: $45 + booking fee. Your ticket gets you a 50ml glass of each of the four premium wines, wood fired bread with dips and a bump of caviar (approx. 15 grams of caviar).
