At a cool $148 per person, this elevated indulgence kicks off on level 77, where you’ll be greeted with a sunset cocktail that will make you feel on top of the world. But the real gin-spiration happens when you ascend to Level 78, where the private function space awaits with a 5-course degustation menu that pairs picture perfectly with White Oat Distillery’s gin-genius-ness. There’s a variety of mixers available for you to mix yourself for a truly personal experience because DIY never goes out of faaarshion. And let’s be honest, when you’re dining this high up, you’d expect nothing less than a meal that’s as lofty as the location.
First up, dive into Cured Ocean Trout with beetroot agrodolce and baby watercress, paired perfectly with White Oat Berry Gin. It’s like a match made in heaven, or at least on Level 78, and #samesies.
Next, set sail with the Oven Baked Market Fish, served alongside a lobster bisque and charred asparagus, paired with the classic White Oat London Dry Gin. This dish is swimming in flavour and with every bite, you’ll be hooked – hooked on how perfectly the London Dry Gin cuts through the richness of the bisque.
As you ascend through each course, the spirit-ual journey continues and the Mango, Chilli, and Soy Glazed Duck Maryland is no exception. Coming in hot with White Oat Mango and Chilli Gin, this dish will have you quacking for more because it’s ducking delicious.
But what’s a great meal without a sweet ending? Cue the Sticky Date Pudding with bourbon butterscotch sauce and cinnamon crumble, paired with White Oat Mango Gin. It’s sticky, sweet, and just the right amount of sinful – exactly how we want it.
