We can always count on QT Gold Coast for great collabs. Mere months ago, they filled that cookie shaped hole in our hearts by bringing Brissy based BROOKI to the Coast and now they’ve upped the ante with a most decadent pop-up Pistachio Papi experience.
If you haven’t heard about Pistachio Papi, it’s the sexiest new spread on the block. Drizzle it, spoon it, dunk it or spread it. It’s the jar of decadent 100% Italian pistachio spread that promises palate paradise and perpetual cravings! It has been causing scenes, and queues, with folks hungering for this green jar of goodness. Think Swifties but for nut butter. People are literally losing their pistachios over this indulgent spread, and for good reason. And now, they’re here in the flesh.

FIXX Café has transformed for the occasion. Award-winning pastry chef Daniel King has whipped up some truly mouth-watering confections. We’re talking triple choc-filled cookies, caramelised half-dipped flat croissants and macarons with pistachio crumb, all layered and lathered in Pistachio Papi. We’re not drooling, you are!
For a smash hit (literally), the viral-worthy Cronut Smash is a Papi-filled cronut decked with a white chocolate plate. Served with a mini wooden hammer, you smash it to savour it! Wash it down with Papi Latte, which roughly translates to heaven in a cup. It’s coffee poured into a glass pre-lathered in Papi spread- you’ll be sippin’ and lickin’ for days.
How about an evening treat? It’s time to queue like your taste buds depend on it because there’s a creamy pot of Pistachio Papi waiting for you at the end of this green-coloured rainbow! And by rainbow, we mean Bazaar Marketplace. The epic dessert spread at Bazaar has a new spread, literally, in the form of a giant Pistachio Papi jar that you can pump until your heart’s content.
