From the good folks who bought you Blanc de Blanc.
From the good folks who bought you Blanc de Blanc.
Hilarity, shenanigans and musical mayhem combine to bring the Coast’s latest cultural hit in the form of A Night at the Musicals.
The team who gifted you Blanc de Blanc are back on January 12th and 13th at The Arts Centre with UK cabaret icons Le Gateau Chocolat and Jonny Woo and you you will not want to miss it.
From Gypsy to Grease, Annie to The Lion King and Phantom to Les Miserables, this delightfully camp duo will drag through the back catalogue of the world’s best loved musicals for a raucous night of ballsy ballads, delightful duets and slightly slaughtered show tunes.
Unadulterated theatrical nonsense, what a time to be alive.
So who are these artistic geniuses we hear you ask. Well, who aren’t they.
Le Gateau Chocolat is drag diva, opera singer and cabaret star all rolled up into one delicious package. He’s a trained member of London’s Royal Opera House and performed for the Queen (fancy AF).
Jonny Woo is similarly impressive. An acclaimed comedian and drag queen with a cult following, he’s a London-based performer known for taking alternative drag to the masses. He’s performed on MTV and is a regular at all the most prestigious European fashion events.
So as you can imagine, A Night at the Musicals is certainly going to be a no-holds-barred night to remember.
Get your glitter ready.
