Cucina Vivo

Drawing on traditional Italian food culture, Cucina Vivo at The Star Gold Coast is a celebration of the joy of sharing with friends and family, ideal for lovers of good company, great food and beautiful surroundings.

Inspired by the cliff-top restaurants of the Amalfi Coast, Cucina Vivo features an outdoor terrace overlooking the newly-renovated pool and is The Star’s first outdoor dining venue. Blurring the lines between inside and the out, Cucina Vivo creates the perfect venue for groups to come together over food and wine while enjoying the beautiful Gold Coast weather.

Cucina Vivo offers an Italian menu with traditional favourites as well as inspired interpretations of the classics. The centrepiece of the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant is a two-metre long wood-fired oven, with The Star’s own pizzaiolo at the helm.
