One of the very best things about living in this western world of ours (besides the glaringly obvious) is all of exceptional cuisines we have access to from across the world.

Feel like a shot of authentic Japanese sake? No worries. How about a bit of Middle Eastern Baklava like Tayta (grandma) makes? We’ve got that too. Some delicious Vietnamese Pho, just like you’d sample on the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh? Tick, tick, tick.

Speaking of delicious Vietnamese Pho and being able to get it in this western world of ours, a Byron Bay favourite opened in Tweed Heads recently and theirs is as authentic and tasty as it comes.

The new venue can be found at Tweed City Shopping Centre in the outdoor eating area and it’s a laidback eatery perfect to grab some goodies to take home or sit down after a spot of shopping for a little bit of rest, relaxation and nourishing eats.

Now if you’ve visited the southern version, you’d know they offer many options of the traditional noodle soup including beef and brisket, chicken, tofu, and the Bay Pho special noodle soup – all of which are also on offer at our very own Tweed Heads space.
