Cucina Vivo
Can’t make it to Italy this year? Worry not! Cucina Vino is inspired by the cliff-side restaurants of the Amalfi Coast, drawing on the soul-nourishing Italian cuisine and the effervescent culture that comes with it. Come for the traditional Italian favourites, and stay for the award-winning alfresco dining experience. The perfect backdrop for that Aperol spritz glass clink with the gals. If you manage to make it past the Fusilli Bolognese, made with 30-hr ragù, pomodoro and pecorino cream then the drool-worthy pizza selection, prepared exclusively on their impressive two-metre long wood-fired oven is for you. You can thank us later.
