Executive Chef, Greg Benney, and his culinary team have created the father of all feasts, prepped to appeal to the football father’s and dapper dads alike. This Father’s Day feast is set to be a family favourite, with a mosaic of cuisines including fresh trawler-caught seafood, steak cooked your way, slow-cooked meats, whole baked fish, vibrant salads, and of course Bazaar’s famous OTT dessert bar. Plus, dad will be treated with a local craft beer upon arrival.

MAN TEA
Your old man deserves more than socks this Father’s Day. Up your game and treat your dad to a manly version of the classic high tea. We call it Man Tea. On Sunday, 1 September, scones will be swapped out for slow cooked pulled pork, and cucumber sandwiches exchanged for grilled Wagyu double patty for a fancy feast designed by Executive Chef, Greg Benney. Plus, for the sweetest finale, the belt-popping showstopper, the smoking couverture chocolate cigar with coffee infused tequila, candied bacon and lemon ash.
