The RSRV Grand Cru long table dining experience will take you on a tasting journey of the finest French terroirs, just in time for Christmas! Grand Cru (meaning great growth) are top-tier classification French wines, with consistently high-quality vintages and great ‘terroir’ which takes into account environmental factors and habitat.
You will be guided by Maison Mumm Champagne and G.H. Mumm Ambassador Emeline Troger who was born and raised in Cognac, France, with dishes created and perfectly matched by The Island’s Executive Chef, Andrew Musk.
Set at the Island Penthouse with captivating dusk views over Surfers Paradise.
