Join Aqua Sculpt instructors guide you through a 45-minutes session and discover Pilates on a lagoon pool.

A Gold Coast Exclusive – Aqua Sculpt brings an effective full body workout engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously to enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength, all performed on the pool water surface on a floating exercise platform.

From Tuesday, 17 September until Thursday, 12 December 2024, classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7am to 7:45am.*

All guests are kindly advised to arrive 15 minutes before class to meet the instructor in the lobby of JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa.

Parking is complimentary and towels will be provided during the course of each session.
