LE PETIT CHEF – THE WORLD’S SMALLEST CHEF!

From 17th July 2024, “Le Petit Chef”, a globally-renowned unique dinner theatre, starring 58mm tall chef, arrives in Surfers Paradise to make gourmet hearts beat faster. At the Hilton Surfers Paradise, visitors can expect sophisticated 3D cinema combined with excellent gastronomy. 

Every guest can look forward to a show on their own plate. Between meals, the table is unobtrusively transformed into a screen, whereupon the little chef entertains with various performances and recordings, because his attempts to prepare culinary masterpieces almost always end in disaster. Luckily, the kitchen crew of the Hilton Surfers Paradise always helps the virtual star out! When the food is on the table, the show moves into the background and the curtain goes up for regional and international delicacies.

Behind the mesmerizing animations lies the talented Belgian artist collective, “Skullmapping“, founded in 2010 by Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck. Using 3D mapping technology and profound artistic know-how, the 58 mm small chef was brought to life in 2015. 

The experience offers a preselected menu with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The options include Caprese Salad, Crispy Confit Chicken Wing, Roast Beef, and a delightful Iced Chocolate Sphere dessert. Three menu variants available, Le Petit Chef Classic, Vegetarian and Junior menus, ensure an unforgettable gourmet experience for all guests. 

Beginning 17th July 2024, “Le Petit Chef” can be seen from Wednesday to Saturday at 6:30PM and an additional show on Saturday at 12:00 PM. Join the world’s smallest chef at Hilton Surfers Paradise for this extraordinary dining experience.
