MOTHER’S DAY BUFFET – ISLAND GLASSHOUSE

The Glasshouse will play host to a lavish buffet lunch, featuring all your favourite seasonal salads, vegetables, accompaniments and more, alongside the buzz of live carvery, paella, charcuterie and dessert stations. There’s even a station featuring the mother of all cocktails — The Bloody Mary.

Tickets include full access to the food buffet and food stations between 11:30am – 2pm. All drinks and Bloody Mary cocktails can be purchased from the bar throughout the day and are not included in the price of the buffet. 0 – 3 years tickets limited to one per full paying adult.

Buffet Menu
The Mother’s Day buffet will feature a mix of traditional buffet dishes with live gourmet food stations:

• Charcuterie station
• Carvery station: roast pork and sirloin beef with a range of accompaniments including red wine jus, gravy, apple chutney and horseradish cream
• Paella station: traditional Spanish rice dish with fresh seafood, chorizo and chicken and seasonal vegetables
• Roast seasonal vegetables, superfood salad with blood orange dressing, coleslaw and wood-oven breads
• Dessert Cart

LOVE MUMM LONG LUNCH – ISLAND PENTHOUSE

A decadent lunch awaits in the Island Penthouse, where mum can kick back with a welcome glass of her namesake ‘Mumm’ Champagne and a Koko Black Chocolate, followed by an indulgent three course set menu and two hour beverage package.Tickets $109 – includes a welcome glass of Mumm Champagne and a Koko Black Chocolate, followed by a 3-course set alternate drop menu and a two hour beverage package of Charles Ranville French Sparkling, premium wines, Mother’s Day spritz, tap beers and softdrinks.

• Hickory smoked Northern New South Wales chicken with broccolini, mango coulis and spiced coconut yoghurt labna (gf/df)
• 43 degree confit Tasmanian salmon with saffron potato, avocado puree and scampi caviar (gf/df)

• North Queensland barramundi with cauliflower puree, wild rocket, pomegranate and roasted pistachio salad (gf/df)
• Darling Downs eye fillet with spinach mash, port wine shallots, blistered cherry tomatoes and red wine demi glaze (gf/df)

• Frangelico chocolate mousse, with Chantilly cream, candied hazelnuts, freeze dried strawberries and shortbread
