D’ARCY ARMS IS READY FOR PLENTY OF IRISH SHENANIGANS!
Whether you are an Irish expat, just love a good excuse to dress in green or indulge in a few pints of Guinness, St Patrick’s Day is the perfect excuse for some fantastic shenanigans. The Gold Coast’s oldest Irish Pub located in Surfers Paradise is about to host a fun-filled St Patrick’s Day festival!
It all kicks off on Friday 15th March with Gallie performing live in the Shamrock Bar. In the lead-up to the big day, on Saturday 16th March there is a stellar lineup of scheduled entertainment.
Friday 15th March
7-9pm – Gallie in the Shamrock Bar
Saturday 16th March
12-3pm – Mark Butler & Claddagh
3pm – Carolan Academy of Irish Dance
3.30-4pm – Gold Coast Pipe Band
4-6.30pm – Gallie
6.30-9.30pm – Mark Butler & Claddagh
Then on the big day, Sunday 17th March, lads and lassies will flock to the Gold Coast’s oldest Irish Pub and will celebrate St Patrick’s Day.

In addition to the non-stop entertainment, D’Arcy Arms will be serving up popular Irish snacks including battered sausage with curry sauce and potato cakes. For a heartier meal, country chicken & vegetable pies, McDonnells chicken curry with rice, Beef & Guinness pies with creamy mash potato & mushy peas, Kilkenny beer battered barra and much more is available at the special pop-up just for the festival.
Manager of D’Arcy Arms Irish Pub, Janene Porter says this will be their best St Patrick’s Day event yet!
