Ahh September. You bring us great things, including spring (which means summer is a’comin and note to self; must up the Pilates ante stat), footy finals, Father’s Day, and more supercharged entertainment at our one-stop-shop for quality food, drink and entertainment; The Star Gold Coast.

Father’s Day
Father’s Day is upon us! Like, this Sunday (Sunday 4th September), and if you’re that kid who’s left booking a celebratory meal to the last minute, crisis averted – The Star will swoop in and save the (Father’s) day! There’s a variety of special offers across several drool-worthy restaurants, including Nineteen at The Star for the fancy dad, Cucina Vivo for the Italian carbo-loading dad, Garden & Kitchen Bar for the modern Australian food fan dad and Kiyomi for Japanese enthusiast dads.

Or, if you can’t pick because dad fits into ALL of those categories, a Star gift card will do the trick. And bonus – they’re even redeemable across The Star Sydney and Treasury Brisbane’s collection of award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes as well as select premium retail partners! You; 1. Siblings: 0.

Footy Fever
Paging all footy heads! Whatever your code, The Star is where it’s at this September for your finals action, complete with mega screens, thrilling entertainment, prize giveaways, meal specials and atmosphere a-plenty!

Now Sports Bar booth bookings have sold out already for both the AFL final (Saturday 24th September) and NRL final (Sunday 1st October….and yes this is technically one day into the following month, but what’s 24 hours between friends). But fear not, because there are still tables available on a walk-in basis.

Or you can still view the games from your very own picnic table on The Lawn at Garden & Kitchen Bar and yes, this totes sounds likes us. A $200 pre-payment is required for a picnic table, and then returned to you in the form of a $200 food and bev voucher. Translation – your prime position is free! Limited tables also available for walk-ins at both finals.
