Set within the refined elegance of Pearls Bar, this high tea experience invites you to unwind in a tranquil oasis. Step into paradise and surround yourself with sparkling lagoons, palm trees swaying in the breeze and the vast blue of the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. It’s a vacation in your own backyard.
Now let’s talk about the menu. Adults and children alike are in for a treat. Sweet creations like the coconut pina colada, key lime cheesecake and lychee, raspberry and rosewater verrine capture the tropical vibe, while the fresh black cherry tart and summer fruit pavlova burst with the vibrant flavours of seasonal fruits. Don’t miss the vanilla scones paired with pineapple-passionfruit jam, an irresistible nod to Queensland’s tropical bounty.
