Bazaar

Last updated 20th November, 2024

Inspired by international souks and bodegas, Bazaar is a Gold Coast Restaurant like no other and recreates a traditional marketplace with a modern twist. Offering a mosaic of delicious dishes, this unique dining experience is Gold Coast favourite in the heart of Surfers Paradise for locals and visitors alike.

Bazaar’s famous breakfast spread is something to be reckoned with – it has everything. Taste your way around house-made pastries, a live omelette station, eggs cooked your way, QT potato rostis, European breakfast of cold meats and cheeses, bread and butter pudding, warm jam-filled donuts, waffles, pancakes, fresh juices and smoothies… the list goes on at this Gold Coast Restaurant. And on.

Indulge in the slow-cooked meats, wood-fired pizzas, spit roasts, vibrant salads, veggies plucked fresh from QT’s kitchen garden, Asian cuisine and dumpling station, trawler-fresh seafood and an irresistible spread of sweet treats. And if you’re still looking for more, guests are encouraged to interact with the chefs for made-to-order creations.

Located on level 1 of the hotel and with a glimpse of the ocean, Bazaar can cater for up to 220 people. It is ideal for conference guests with nights at leisure not wanting to venture from the hotel, as well as private conference lunches.
