Granddad Jack’s is the Gold Coast’s first craft-gin and whisky distillery and taproom located in Miami. The local hotspot offers gin making classes, distillery tours and of course a cool place to hang out, sip on a gin or two and indulge in some of their tasty menu options.
Granddad Jack’s is a family-owned and operated business, founded by the grandson and great-grandson of the infamous Granddad Jack who are now recreating 90-year-old family recipes and distilling new ones for all to enjoy.

MAKE YOUR OWN GIN
As the very first of it’s kind in South East Queensland, the 4hr distillery experience will guide you as you choose your own botanicals & learn to distil using one of their custom made 2L copper stills. Includes dinner & drinks & your 500ml bottle of bespoke gin.
