Hatted restaurant Vanitas, is the perfect location for an intimate and romantic dining experience with lunch and dinner degustation offerings featuring matching wines, a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc on arrival and complimentary miniature Versace perfume.
The four-course degustation lunch is $299 per person and with dishes like Moreton Bay Bug Tail with kohlrabi remoulade, apple gel radish and desert lime, it’s going to be one you remember forever.
The six-course degustation dinner (Sunday evening places are limited) is $399 per person and includes delights like Seared Yellowfin Tuna with oscietra caviar, gin cucumber sorbet, pickled cucumber and avocado. Mind-blowing.
Cupid’s Twilight Cabana
Romance your Valentine poolside with live entertainment, a sumptuous seafood and tapas platter, dessert and a bottle of Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial in your very own luxury cabana at twilight.
You’ll also receive a miniature Versace signature perfume and a long stem rose for your love. Cabanas are available Saturday and Sunday evening and are $579 per cabana. What a treat.
Il Barocco Restaurant
Pure indulgence awaits in Il Barocco this Valentine’s Day weekend. Spoil your loved one with a three-course dining experience featuring a lavish range of irresistible delights and bottle of 2018 Astoria Prosecco upon arrival.
It’s $169 per person and you could be dining on Wild Caught Barramundi with fried gnocchi, wild mushroom, spinach, tomato roast pepper emulsion.
Sweet Love High Tea
Celebrate the love with tiers of sultry sweets and tantalising savoury morsels in Le Jardin. It’s one of the most stunning High Tea situations you’ve ever seen and certain to impress your date. From $86.90 per person with three options to choose from.
